Hello beautiful people! How are you feeling today?
As you see this is my FIRST blog post on my new website! I'm so excited and I promise they will not stop here! It took a little long, but yeah I'm here :)
I woke up this morning beyond excited that it's the first of the month! Something about the first that encourages me to go hard! I get super excited to write out my monthly goals, pray over them, and then set up my weekly goals based off my monthly goals! I’m telling y’all, I am EXCITED TODAY!!
I realize that I have this huge level of excitement but a lot of people are feeling discouraged, unmotivated, depressed or just feeling like they haven’t accomplished much this year. If you’re in that category of feeling stuck and unsure I encourage you right now to stand up, look at yourself in the mirror and encourage yourself! Remind yourself of how talented you are, remind yourself of how you’re capable of all things, tell the devil he is a lie and starting today you’re going after ALL God has for you! You will reach new heights, you will grow spiritually, you will become an overall better person!
This isn‘t some “motivational” blog this is truth! This is how you have to talk to yourself! Sometimes we have feelings about ourself that God doesn’t have. We say things about ourselves that God would never say. If we just took a moment
to just think about how God thinks of us and how much he loves us, that should give you that extra push to keep going!
Now, check this out I’m a strong believer in working for what you want! Nothing in this world comes easy so if you want better, you have to do better. So I encourage you right now to write out your goals for the rest of the year. Set some accomplishable goals! Goals that will cause you to be stretched and goals that will require sacrifice. Goals that you can’t procrastinate on! What’s that one thing in January that you said you would do but haven’t done yet? Write that down! See, we half way through the year and have to put some fire under our butts!!
You want to make something happen? LETS GET IT!!!!! It’s that simple! Today I want you to encourage yourself in the Lord and today I want you to become proactive!! No more excuses, no more feeling sorry for yourself! It’s time. Are you ready? Because I am! Let’s take on JULY!
